We are always happy to meet and advise customers on their projects. If you decide to or already have plans drawn up, we will provide a free, no-obligation quote.

When quoting for jobs, we enlist the services of professional quantity surveyors to make sure every single item on the plans is priced for. This protects you and us and gives everyone involved piece of mind that there won't be any unagreeable extras.

Upon accepting our quote, we send a contract pack to you by post. This contains details discussed and agreed upon during our meetings together. It will outline your expectations of us as a building company and our expectations of you as a customer. For larger projects, we do request a small percentage of the build cost as a deposit. This helps to cover our costs if you were to back out of a multi-month project the week before we start! 

Quite simply put, it is far too difficult to "roughly guess" how much your project may cost. There are far too many variable factors involved.

Our single storey extensions will usually be built from start to finish in around 6 to 8 weeks. A standard two storey extension takes 8 to 12 weeks to complete.

We have a demonstratable background on projects varying from £5000 up to £750,000. 

We are happy to provide customer references on request and by appointment with previous customers.

We have a comprehensive public liability policy covering up to £10,000,000. This is available to be seen upon request.

This is entirely subject to the size of the projects we have. Occasionally we will run two smaller jobs concurrently. We do this in such a way as to not affect efficiency on either project. 

We nearly always end up project managing the job. We liaise with you throughout the project and ensure everything runs smoothly from our end. Because we are a close-knit company with nearly all trades under our umbrella we can keep a close eye on timelines and bring people in when necessary. This means lessening the time waiting for subcontractors' availability!
